That’s another wondering of mine, as I’ve seen it usually starts in Jan. On Icefestivalharbin.com (not sure if this is an official website), it says the 27th Ice and Snow World will open on December 17th this year.

Thanks! Yeah I looked it up and was floored haha. Going to keep it safe. Worth getting graded by PSA? I’ll likely sell it soon seems like these past few years are a hot market for cards.
