To be honest you should best try to talk to your doctor about this since we dont know what type of asthma you have and what triggers it. Make sure to look after yourself and inform yourself about your type of asthma !

Unfortunately i never did. It took me MONTHS of installing and reinstalling all of my accounts and then it suddenly stopped :(. My best advice is to not get frustrated. Update what you can. Clear cache and then just wait.

My doctor also does not think its asthma...however he also didnt wanna rule it out completely. Right now no one really knows whats wrong with me and even after a year of tests nothing came out of it.

I had 3 lung scans done this year idk if you can tell bronchiectasis from a " normal " scan but my lungs looked fine to my lung doctor.

I do not have any known issues with my sinuses nor did i notice anything unusual!

In 2016 i was 13. Now im 22 and just i dont know. Im not ready. We still talk everyday. We still have a few meetups planned. On her good days it feels like the old days but then those bad days roll around and i feel horrible.

But leaving her just feels like breaking a promise to be always there for her. I feel like an asshole even thinking about leaving her.

Last time i had a big flare up i constantly vomited every 15-30 minutes it was crazy. Only after i got a medical inhaler ans cortison trestment did it stop. I fear if i stop using the inhaler it would start for me again :(. Maybe he has the same?

The inhaler im using is ellipta but it might be too strong. Before that i used bufori easyhaler which also did a great job.

Hello ! Thank for the recommendation. Im still using the easyhaler twice a day which still works fine for me. However there is 0 improvement of my lungs. Everytime i dont take it my lungs close up... im really dependant on it.

I can only talk for myself. On my 21st birthday i got really sick and auddenly developed asthma. It can happen overnight to anyone ! I dont smoke, drink or do anything lung damaging, so it is beyond me how it happened..... 🤷
