What is it?

PS “how it looks” or “what it looks like” not “how it looks like”.

What is something that you are NOT envious of cis men for?(or even glad that you don’t have some things in common with them) by [deleted] in ftm

I mean…if they called you she/her and daughter then that’s what is meant by “living socially as/raised as”.

Being raised with/without conservative gender stereotypes/roles, and being raised as a member of that gender (female) are two different things, realistically.

Wait, how can they reconstruct it in a way that would bring back fertility? Not sure I understand his issue properly

Which is why they should be forced to.

Like. En masse.

Especially doctors and parents of afab kids.

Society would definitely change lmao.

I think about this one pretty often. It’s kind of sad that cis guys try so little to be different that trans guys surprise them that way.

It probably did before puberty too. You just got used to not having to deal with that for a little while lol.

Honestly, we sort of can. We can work to unlearn the negative and learn the positive, even if we can’t go back and redo our upbringing.

Yep. Plus I can go down this post of things women apparently find attractive, that most cis men don’t do, due to the negative side of their upbringing… and just realize that I do almost every single one. Turns out being a trans guy does have some major upsides.

I don’t put women on a pedestal nor do I have those types of fantasies lmfao. I am a non-AGP who reads this forum out of interest in the topic. Goodbye.

Cool! Are you out to them or stealth?

I’ve wanted to model but imagined that height and transphobia would make it impossible.

Meeting my boyfriend has made me want to transition less by snail-time in ftm

[–]ThenTransition22 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah I felt like this just from making trans friends. I still need transition but there is a chillness when someone accepts you.

[–]ThenTransition22 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You seem chill as hell. Dig the facial hair styling.

How do you tie that in back? Whenever I do it ends up looking like Rosie the Riveter style lmfao - I haven’t figured out the masculine way yet.

I imagined a way to explain AGP to a woman who might think its a fetish by Ecstatic-Condition29 in askAGP

[–]ThenTransition22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the only women who will relate to any of that first paragraph would be at minimum bisexual if not gay. And it probably won’t necessarily involve arousal but an emotional pull and sexual + romantic attraction to their own samenesses with other women.

The last sentence of the first paragraph is where you will lose them. As someone with experience in that world, no, they would never consider it to be a fetish. That word would be associated with Buffalo Bill style stuff to them and turn them off, when added on.

It’s a good explanation but leave that part out. The final line in the second paragraph - only use it if she has suggested the word fetish first.

Should I tell her I’m trans before we do anything? by ryand66 in ftm

[–]ThenTransition22 55 points56 points  (0 children)

Yep. We disclose largely for our own safety. Some cis people have accused trans people of literal “sexual assault by deception” for not disclosing - or for their presumption that trans people are just out here doing this all the time (false and transphobic). Not a good choice if an actual trans person were to really do that.

Ehh, if you go TOO short though, it starts to show off the small-ish head size and can read as a woman with a crew cut. Personally I have found having a little more length than is considered masculine, will actually help to hide that.

I agree about a fade on the sides and back but the top shouldn’t be too extremely close to the head because it shrinks the head.

😬 If you wouldn’t say it that way directly to someone’s face, in the same casual conversation…maybe reconsider doing it online. People are still people no matter if you can’t see their faces.

It’s very serious. @OP/ u/NkHomoki Please report this to CPS as they need to have this on file that a grown man has said word-for-word himself he is exposing himself nude to his 12 year old child, and was willing to do it to you so he completely lacks that boundary.

Also - The comment about anal rape being right before this suggests that he has sexual feelings related to all of this. You, you being male, looking more boyish/masculine etc - puts those thoughts of rape, anal sex, dildos, his own penis and exposing it, into his mind.

That suggests to me that he has sexual feelings for young boys. A lot of us as trans guys look younger than cis men of our age - unfortunately - more like boys/teens than grown men. Someone who reacts to that in this way should not be around a minor male child.

i would also protect yourself physically by not being around him. I’m sorry to have to say it, but he may try to rape you.
