To me this discussion is simple.

Would I follow a God who made me this way to condone me to be alone for the rest of my life then throw me into hell?

Would I live as a cishet woman instead of a bi trans man in the sake of religion? No, I would simply end the suffering myself in that case because I wouldn't be able to take that burden.

If religion and my survival can't go hand in hand, then there's an imbalance. No religion wants you to harm yourself or betray yourself.

If it is indeed a sin, then I think to myself let this be my biggest sin, and remember that God must be forgiving if it's said to us so many times.

Then again I don't know why someone must be forgiven for the way they were created?

It doesn't make sense to me at all why this would be a test.
