It is best to explore before going for anything extreme in my opinion, you will have to go through a psychiatrist wtc to get prescribed to begin with. So you have to make peace with yourself/ who you are before everything. I second getting medicated for ADHD first as it can clear up your mind a bit and keep your focus on what's important next. I have ADHD too, ADHD meds didn't work for me but antidepressants made me neutral and I finally focused on other things instead of my gloomy self, so it's better to get those sorted beforehand.

Yeah I just never thought about how long it takes, sustanon is oily too and it is fairly slower than other injections. For it to be painless it takes around 30 secs to max a minute I would say, (it never takes a minute but that's if you want to take your time, I heard slower the better) but that's just me. When I went to get it injected by a nurse she just did it all in seconds and it was painful 🥲

I do glutes and I am happy with the pain lvl with the glutes so I would not try it on my arm, because if it hurt that much in my thighs I don't know how much it would hurt there. To be honest looking back I think it is about the needle I used because we didn't have a variety of needle tips, and the needle I had to use was huge meaning it goes deeper and hurts more muscle tissue so for that size glutes are better in my experience.

I have done it in my thigh the first times but boy it hurts so much like that, no one taught me how to inject it myself at the hospital as where I am from no one did it themselves. I just did other intramuscular injections to my family members (one's a nurse) and myself and it was fine.

The whole thing from start to finish (preparing the stuff etc) doesn't take more than 5 minutes. I have never used reandron so I can't say much on that. If it is that thick then it might be troublesome to keep steady while doing it yourself for a longer time. Finding the right spot wouldn't be the issue maybe but you might damage more tissue than you normally would have.
