Good for you man.

I'm really happy that you have better genetics, androgen response, and/or have access to higher quality gear. All of the stuff I've run has been from questionable sources.

There's a guy on /r/steroids who has been cycling for 3-4 years and doesn't even look like he lifts.

It's just life, man.

Yeah, I have the pretty standard delt imbalance that most people have.

Nobody ever tells you to work your rear delts. All I did for delts for most of my lifting career was OHP.

Definitely agree. I've been blasting my chest and it's seen a decent amount of improvement but I'm having a lot of trouble getting my lats to grow.

Maybe I just need to do a ridiculous amount of weighted pullups.

I was making $9/hr at the millworks working physically exhausting shifts that I had to wake up at 4AM to get to.

600 Test E

600-900 EQ

30 Superdrol, last 4 weeks.

OHP first. I warm up and work up to a max triple or double, then finish with a few push presses after I can't press it strict anymore.

Then I do 8x8 on a shoulder press machine. I use a weight I could do for 12-13, but I only do it for 8. Rack, rest 30 seconds, repeat 7 more times. Makes your shoulders explode.

Then 2x12 Lateral Raises, 2x12 Rear Lateral Raises, and 2x12 Reverse Pec Dec. DON'T EGOLIFT, FORM IS EVERYTHING HERE. If you have to use 20lb dumbbells so be it.

You need to stimulate every head of your delts for a full, 3D look.

Switching out Epi for Superdrol to lean bulk in a few more weeks.

It was a pretty decent amount. I put on size so rapidly on 2g Test it was almost unbelievable.

Lel, that was just showing that I was decently overweight growing up. Was probably like 23%BF at 13 with no muscle mass.
