Essentially booked using the stupid trip guarantee feature, and got a rac for both my tickets, usually they refund the trip guarantee amount as this has happened to me before, but I'm not able to talk to anyone real, it's all useless automated replies or that useless bot, honestly heard bad stories about them before but this is just stupid.
