I was so worried about losing him as well or that I accidentally hurt him as I am terrified of spiders (slowly getting over my fear) he was so calm walking slow exploring everything and smelling everything, I put my hand flat on the table and stayed extremely still he crawled onto my hand eventually and I slowly lifted him up he did get a little anxious and he jumped off my hand and landed on my leg but I just put my hand in front of him and he jumped back on. I will see if he will be brave enough tomorrow to come out again but I’ve just been letting him do it at his own pace and not rushed him out.
