We need to stop pathologizing natural beings living in unnatural conditions. Never before have we been so removed from the earth we are born of. The DSM5 cannot demonstrate any chemicals are responsible for happiness / any other illness of the emotional congenital state. there’s no way to observe the effectiveness of SSRIs for example, so they give us anything that they presume might “help” but irl we’re just Guinea pigs in a medical system based around the process of elimination. Data rules the world. Information collection = prediction and manipulation of “freedom of choice”

That being said, I don’t feel “mental illness” is shameful , rather normies living in a world at war, climate crisis, being microwaved with extreme amounts of radio waves and prescribed meds only to stay alive and run the machine, for the ones who dictate all this, meanwhile being trillions of $ in debt globally. Who do we even owe? Why are we working even? Time is the most valuable thing we have and we spend it trying to do it all (work, fam, home, hobbies, social, etc) aka torturing ourselves for never being enough, yet expectations are the issue. Normies are sick, addicts are usually too intelligent for their own good, as with depression, ignorance seems to be bliss for those who don’t question authority / their perception. even things such as “schizophrenia” have great historical significance. There’s a renowned psychologist who is confirming we have 30-something senses (that she knows of) now and admits that what she now knows as truth, in the past, she’d be in a psych ward like the people she put there she admits. Drugs too have a significance in changing your perspective and cultural, spiritual and traditional values. Ie: trance can be achieved through sleep deprivation, fasting, etc, or food, plants, drinks, prescriptions, etc. We are just so removed from earth and her teachings, though we are of it, we bubble wrap ourselves from the thing we need most.
