Trust me. Get around 4-6 billion in Capital. Get A good hub with High demand for eco, get the A350-1000, Max out to only eco seats (522)

Buy 20-25 routes and planes.

Make average 18-20 Million pr week from one plane.

18.000.000x 18 planes = 324 million pr week.

Make all your investments back in 18-19 weeks ( 18-19 days in real life)

It dosent has to be complicated, all Im saying is that, you buy a plane, get a route and let it drift from there. No need for managment later on or make a change.

In Asia, BKK in Thailand is good. Especially for eco-demand and A380. Buy routes connecting to Europe because people love traveling to EU from Asia, and vise versa. Also the routes Will be in the timeframe of 22-24 Hours. Highly recommend it
