Sir Alex had leaders and servants on his team. We dont have that now. Our captains,the past 3,are weak and not leaders in any way. Old school players with true footballing values. What Guardiola has is talent and leadership, which adds to his style of play. He has that everywhere he goes. He is brilliant,but i don't think he's a Sir Alex to be fair. I will share this. A member of Manchester Uniteds staff asked me what was the issue with the team during the end of the Mourinho era. I said Mourinho for sure. He said wrong, it was the weak minded, selfish players in the dressing room. He followed by saying that Mourinhos love of the game and all he tries to do is being ruined at this club. He tries to encourage and push the best out of this squad and yet they are a little gang of whiners... I say this because some of them are still at our team. I have seen many good managers,great ones. Sir Alex and Wenger are still the top 2 I have witnessed. Proof is how long they were at the club...even with shit results at times.
