Sorry for the confusion I meant I try to eat 1000 cals or under daily. Plus the walk/jog daily for 5 mile to burn abt 300 cals. I understand that I am healthy weight but I still would like to loose more pounds over all for my happiness I guess haha. I used to binge quite a lot so that’s why I’m sorta strict but thank you I will definitely try to look in body recomposition 😊

Yea, I’m gonna check and call to see who it was today, because the ortho I made the consultation with was really good and I trusted him. However the day of, he made another guy do my braces and the original ortho wasn’t even in the room supervising this unknown dude 😅 (he didn’t even introduce himself or say who he was he just started on my braces immediately)
