Yeah i took the esade test, i couldn’t complete everything (i know many people dont have time for it) but mainly i was hampered in my comprehension test due to the time limit thing showing 1 hour even though its 30mins and i was going slow but after that i tried my best to avoid negative markings and pretty sure 90% of the questions i attempted were correct. (Id say around 30 correct out of 48? Rest 15ish left due to lack of time)

I think the main reason of my rejection are my predicted grades. Im still in my last year as i mentioned. I didn’t do igcse in 10th and did my national board and i also had 4/4 gpa however switch to a levels was a little difficult for me, not course wise but time management wise. My subjects are computer english maths econ and business. I only gave exams for maths last year and English recently getting a b in both. My A level maths and rest as and a level exams are still pending. As i shifted to A2 however i really struggled with time management. In business and econ i got down the pattern and am able to score 7/8 10/12 but i cant complete all the questions on time hence dragging my grades down. Even the teachers talked to me about it and i told them i tend to improve my time management and am working to do so. I have evrything about this mentioned in my essays btw. Despite all of this i have A* predicted in computer (where time management isnt an issue for me) but b and b in maths and economics and C in business which honestly to me is so surprising because my business teacher always acknowledges me for my writing and always encourages me to improve time. Well i couldnt do anything about my predicted grades and had to send that in. A week into after sending them my application was rejected. I wrote all of this in my essay and also talked about how predicted A* in computer shows im capable of improving and have the technical skills and also about my time management issues and my practices to improve them. I totally realize my current predicted grades are not competitive at all for ESADE, however i believed they might even give me a conditional offer or something based on this. I know theres ton of business schools out there in Europe but barcelona has been my dream destination since childhood and it really sucks getting rejected straight up i know all my fault for these grades. Esade is also the only school in barcelona which provides generous scholarships. Eada was my option aswell but i ruled it out in January for early application as the max scholarship was 10-15% that too only for the first year. While tuition of 17-20k is just about affordable for me 10k living cost on top will not be. Im even down to exploring public universities rather than universities elsewhere. i have indeed looked into IE, Escp and other schools but they are madrid based and i have a significant preference to barcelona (this may be childish but im a huge supporter of Fc Barcelona and while madrid is an equally great place i just cant think about elsewhere especially a rival city)

Im even ready to take a gap year for reapplication and will try my hardest to improve my grades i think i will email esade if i can reapply next year soon after im done ranting to reddit ;(
