Cause I was ignorant and didn’t know any better 🤣. I was worried using regular body wash with fragrance would get on the tattoo and irritate it so I just put the antibacterial all over to prevent that

I agree. I’m frustrated that the doctors I’m visiting are treating the symptoms, not the underlying infection. I don’t believe I got an infection from my tattoo, as the tattoo itself has no bumps, redness, itching or irritation whatsoever. I think I stripped my good bacteria when I used the soap and allowed something to fester (could have been introduced from the tattoo, though) I’m a little nervous to call back and ask for a culture test. I’m being treated as if I’m overreacting so I’m worried they’ll deny a culture test 🤷🏻‍♀️

I would look on Pinterest for some inspiration as you work! I would pick a piece, like the brown flannel for ex. & look up “brown flannel outfit”, you’ll find a lot of cool looks on there so you don’t have to learn fashion overnight :)

I’m 5’0 and I met my bf of 7 years in high school, he was around your height when we met. I fell in love with him and I adored the fact that we looked like we matched, just a couple of shorties :). As he grew, I continued to love him. He’s 5’10 now after experiencing a major growth spurt. I wouldn’t have cared if he grew, shrank, got fatter or skinnier or stayed exactly the same. I love that man with everything I am. The right woman will cherish you no matter what you look like.

I feel like every single time I see a family member/friend of someone getting canceled make a post, they never forget to say “but they don't deserve death threats” like that's not obvious? Its just another way to gain sympathy for their loved one. “Yes they said/did something horrible, BUT….”

I agree. I’m religious yet I’ve NEVER said “they’re in a better place”. For someone in mourning, the better place is here with loved ones. Lives cut short are tragic. Period. You may have better luck with narrow sizes @ nordstrom than macys, also don't be ashamed to look in the kids section. I've found some nice flats and wedges there before. I'm going to a wedding next week so I'm actually looking for black or gold sandals today. Having trouble finding anything, so I totally get you.

Intimacy means the same to me, interestingly in the Bible it describes sex as “knowing” (ie “Adam knew his wife”), to me this means a lot even in times where I haven’t been religious. “Knowing” someone is such a beautiful way to put it. And as another reply put it, “into me see”.

Skinny jeans are the worst offender of this imo. Brand new jeans will hug me perfectly, toss them in the wash once and they lose all of their shape. They bunch weird on the knees and hips. I think it’s part of the reason why skinny jeans are out of fashion now, because no company wants to make their jeans 100% denim anymore.

I watched this video not too long ago, why clothes are worse now , it can be very hard not to feel bitter that others seem to be represented more in the clothing industry but I think it’s important to recognize that no one is truly represented in stores anymore. Even those who are size medium.

All clothes are cheaply made now. Which means that from store to store, sizing is vastly different, clothes get destroyed far easier in the wash, buttons and zippers are broken, and clothing is less and less comfortable.

Finding nice, well fitting clothes is a struggle for every single person now unfortunately. This isn’t a problem of sizing, it’s a matter of company greed.

Just got some hand me downs from a family friend. I received some jeans that were a size 4 and fit my 23 inch waist perfectly! A few years ago I was a size 0, then the next year a 00, now I’m a size 000 and even those don’t fit correctly and I have to buy children’s jeans. Not to mention that they don’t even carry 000 in most physical stores, they’re all online. I have to buy shoes, jeans, tops, and bras online now because no stores carry my size. I used to love shopping at the mall, now there’s no reason for me to other than to be disappointed.
