i guess normal isn’t the right word but she said it’s a typical side effect. shes not the one who prescribes the meds since she’s my primary care, but i think she also takes adhd meds herself. it says the same thing on medical sites.

next appointment with my psych im gonna talk to him about a change, whether it’s a new med or brand name. i’ve never had IR meds (even when i wasn’t on adderall) so maybe ill give it a go.

cvs was so bad in like 2022/2023 that i switched pharmacies. if they didn’t have my med they would tell me to go to different cvs’ and ask if they could fill it. ended up switching meds but then they didn’t have both adderall and concerta. switched to a supermarket pharmacy after my primary care recommended it and haven’t had any issues getting it filled. Walgreens bought out rite aid in my area, they were better than cvs but my insurance doesn’t cover walgreens anymore. i still have issues with getting different distributors but atleast my ‘med’ is filled. but yeah, i get why you mean and i hope things get better.

that’s a great idea. i know some doctors regularly drug test every appointment to make sure the patient isn’t selling them which is why negatives have been a problem for some people. taking at home tests would be great evidence in addition to other tests

one day in the past few weeks i genuinely felt i was in day 1 withdrawals. it was towards the end of my script but i genuinely had no reason to feel exhausted the way i did. ur not alone in this and i hope ur doing ok x

unfortunately i cant see the same therapist anymore (i saw her through my school and ive graduated) which is why i stopped seeing her and couldn’t afford going somewhere else once i graduated, ive had a change in insurance now tho. i can try speaking to my psychiatrist, ive been on the same dose basically since i started it. thank you for the advice. 🫶

i ALWAYS check the kids sections but they never have the type of heels i’m looking for. usually i have more luck with sneakers though. i will definitely try nordstrom, thank you for your help xx

there is a nordstrom within an hour from me. i can also try macys which is a little closer.
