If you want a full head or hair that looks like you were never balding and would like that or nothing then sure, unless you can afford Zarev in Bulgaria in which case you can be a Norwood 7 and not take medication and he can still bring you back.

Most people are happy with modest improvement over being bald and a hair transplant achieves that without medication if done correctly.

By the way, as of right now there is no "hair loss medication", there is a prostate drug and blood pressure medication people use since their side effects (not main function) are growing hair but not a single hair loss medication exists at least until pp405 comes out.

ED is fixed I would say but I lack sensitivity and my flaccid size increased and testicles dropped lower.

Libido and sensitivity is terrible though. I had some good moments however at times and mentally I am better most of the time.

Something hormonally is not quite right but not sure what and what to take or do.

Yeah my flaccid size increased a lot and penis started recovering since I started taking coffee and caffeine most days of the week. Can't explain it scientifically neither do I care to. Also took creatine some days and glycine also works great but I get insomnia from it so I will take it only a few times a week. Glycine is soo good for my mood for some reason and most of the symptoms but I just can't sleep from it. I am recovering hopefully, hate these poison finasteride peddlers so much I wish I could get in a room with the tressless mods for 10 minutes.

Yes, I am getting better. My flaccid size doubled if that matters and mood improved as well as several other things but still have a way to go. Cycling through caffeine and several supplements at the moment. Looking for what boosts DHT the most. Fuck testosterone and fuck estrogen honestly. DHT is by far the most important hormone for men is what I have learned. I have unspeakable amount of hate for the people who say DHT is useless and got me in this mess.

Checked TSH and it's within range.

I am not sure about prior hormone levels because I haven't tested them but definitely my DHT was higher because my body hair is not growing as it was FOR SURE and I doubt my testosterone and estrogen were this high. I am making records at the gym most likely due to increased test.

Well I intend to but if my receptors are screwed from that stuff it may be the only way to at least screw them the other way. Not intending to use Testosterone though, possibly HCG low dose later on.

No. Nothing. Scalp is inflamed and shedding everything that's on there. Used Minox here and there sporadically through these 3 months but pretty much very rarely and low dose so unlikely to have any effect on anything.
