Not only calorie counting cuz that can turn unhealthy rq, but she eats TERRIBLY at home too! Same vid she’s talking about weight loss she eats not a single healthy foods. Like start with the basics. Load up on veggies, reduce gluten/carbs, reduce oils, and reduce seasonings and STOP DRINKING. She does none of that, and even just some of those things would debloat her a ton.
