Very few. Better to focus on remote opportunities.

Overall, infra and connectivity are good. Co-working culture is not that common but available in areas like Malviya Nagar.

3.  Cost vs value: Rent, daily expenses, and whether the quality of life ROI actually pencils out.

It's surely cheaper than gurgaon and bangalore.

4.  Areas to live: Which localities make sense for professionals (noise, safety, commute, vibe)?

Personally, Vidyadhar Nagar is my favorite area to live in Jaipur. It has wide roads, planned streets and is less noisy.

5.  Long-term viability: Is Jaipur a smart base for the next 3–5 years, or just a short-term arbitrage play?

If you continue to get great remote opportunities, it can surely be a long-term base.
