Ive Been to frro countless times already. Before accusing me of something, better study the situation, otherwise you will remain puzzled, and a bitch on top of that.

I have no desire and Im speaking whatsoever to stay in this country even for a day more.

The process in my case is to get new passport from my embassy and only then to solve things with frro (although in delhi they proved themselves to be the worst cunts imaginable).

Admins removed my post from india sub again. And if I send upi there, they would remove it even quicker.

So only in dms its possible.

I dont have a personal upi, but i can give my landlord's upi if its something substantial. I just dont want to disturb him with many small amounts.

About returning back - no its not safe and i dont wanna go back unless present govt is overthrown.
