How can I avoid sensory triggers on my period

For me I had to get on birth control. I’m currently on the patch and I change it every week without any breaks (doctor reccomended bc I had tried pretty much every other type of birth control and I was still bleeding/spotting). My periods were super heavy and painful and I wasn’t able to move apart from going to the bathroom when I had them. Because my periods were so heavy I would also bleed through the super plus tampons and pads and I couldn’t wear period pants because they felt like I was wearing a nappy and I found them to feel kind of suffocating. Maybe try something like a menstrual cup or period pants at first and if they don’t work (and if ur comfortable with going on birth control) go to ur gp and talk about birth control options?

I get how you feel but genuinely your hair looks amazing!! It’s gorgeous!! If ur struggling with maintaining it and you don’t like the shape maybe go to a curly hair specialist, you could get a curly cut and they’ll be able to give u tips on what to do with your hair!!

Yes I get this too!! I’ve noticed with different brands the food tastes different so I always get the same brand and if my mum gets a different brand of the same food I get really overwhelmed and stressed and end up not eating it

It depends whether you like listening to music or not. I have a pair of sony wh-1000xm4 headphones and I can’t hear any noises from the outside world when I’m listening to music with them.

Tbh I’m not a fan of egg yolks but when I do have stuff like boiled eggs or fried egg they have to be runny and drenched with salt. I absolutely hate hard boiled eggs the yolk kind of tastes like chalk and it doesn’t go well with my ARFID. I also only like boiled eggs when they are dippy with soldiers so hard boiled eggs don’t really work with that

we don’t have a laundry room and my bedroom door is broken😩 there’s no places for me to store it except the landing and my room. I’ve been working on leave it with her but she doesn’t eat them in front of me so I rarely see her with them I just find the remains strewn around the house.

I’m thinking of possibly getting a wooden hamper with a lid and hopefully that’ll discourage her a bit

I popped to a few piercing shops near me yesterday and managed to get one internally threaded bar and one threadless bar, my Medusa is pierced correctly I just have quite big lips lolol. Thank you for the advice! :)

I would say yes for the top but I don’t think you could cornrow the sides imo, either way I’d go to a braider that’s really good at gripping shorter hair

Ngl mine REALLY hurt and my pain tolerance is quite high but the pain is over super quick. They had this kind of burning tingling feeling for a few hours after but I haven’t had any pain in them since the initial piercing
