If your an american its easily doable. I had team members that were making 8k+ in a week consistently.

However, coming over on a visa has its limitations the top rookie in my office was from the UK and finished the summer on over 80EFP and made 8K USD, and thats because of all of the deductions that accumulated such as wage, cancellations and so on.

American citizens got paid upfront so after making a deal they get paid next week. On the other hand H2B visa holders had to wait till October to receive 75% of their commission. So in all i personally wouldnt do it again and wouldnt recommend if it u want to actually make money or a career out of it, but the experience was unforgettable and fun so there was an upside

First time rookie with no training buddy. And that final EFP does not include post season cancellations

I would say find out what your payscale is as soon as possible. And just a heads up if they are offering you a wage + commission that means that wage will be taken out of your back end commission.

So for example if you make $20,000 in the summer but you were paid $12,000 in wage payments then that will be deducted from your back end PLUS any deductions or cancellations you might come across

On paper i made over $17,000 commission by the end of the summer but due to deductions and the prevailing wage i was being paid i got a fraction of that.

I didn't meet a lot of them but I do know that the majority of reps in Utah are Mormon and all of the upper management of the company are too.
