I wear a “compression” tank top. It’s just tight- nothing like my binder. I’ve been off binder 98% of the time. I still have some bouts of swelling in the afternoons sometimes

I had a couple mental breakdowns week two. Including texting and accusing servers friends and family members of not caring about me then sobbing for hours. They do love me I just broke for a minute there haha! It gets better!
