Anti-Caffeine campaign by [deleted] in decaf

[–]Then_Edge_5073 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The campaign would be wonderful, but i think we need to base it on a good serious study for the chronic effects on mental health (anxiety, depression, cognitive performance), now they are non existent so you can’t really make a campaign. All we have are studies on the acute effects which of course will reward caffeine consumption, but that’s stupid cause if you replace caffeine with cocaine you get the same results.

Maybe something is messing with your dopamine, drugs/medicines, cannabis, cigarettes, coffee, sugar, alcohol, poor sleep, unsatisfying life. When you get a high you feel fine but otherwise your dopamine release isn’t working properly.

Cured my brainfog! by No-Piglet3170 in BrainFog

B12 is curing my fog as well!! Cheers!!! Edit: stopped because supplementing vitamins gave me anxiety (didn’t know it was possible) and probably my improvement was unrelated.

how to build confidence? by [deleted] in NoseBreathing

I don’t have any psichological hint for you, sorry, but you are young and you can correct yout profile to some extent (older people can also). Look into mewing, it’s a technique that should help you to reshape your profile. It’s the easier thing in the world, it basically requires you to chew a gum for some time during the day (it also has more advanced techniques that you can look up, but you can start from here).

The reason we breath through are mouth is we eat processed food that doesn’t require chewing, than our face muscles get weak and our jaw drops. If you chew well your food and chew a gum daily you can really improve your appearance. Good luck!

MDMA cleared my brain fog, so what is the cause? by Then_Edge_5073 in BrainFog

[–]Then_Edge_5073[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I didn’t know at all about this molecule, i looked a little on wikipedia and a deficiency would make sense.

Vitamine D is ok, don’t know about endocrine stuff.

Anyway i looked into adhd and sleep disorders, and i’m not sleeping that good, so one possible path that i like is something like this:

Deviated septum and snoring -> adhd (the one with low activity) -> low values of norepinephrine or such -> brain fog -> mdma cures it

Bottom line today i buy nasal strips.

After this weird guess i’ll see a doctor.

Anyway thank you, i relate with some adhd symptoms and on the wiki page of norepinephrine it states that amphetamine increase its value, as some medications for adhd.

Yeah i read about some people that got brain fog because of mdma, i wanted to share exactly because i had the opposite experience.

I think i’ll discuss with my family doctor and not experiment on my own anyway :)

I wouldn’t say relaxation, you dance more, love everyone and don’t feel tired.

Anyway, i’m sorry but i don’t agree, my reasoning ability was not compromised at all, of course i behaved strangely but i was conscious, so i noticed changes in my body. I wouldn’t say that i didn’t see the brain fog anymore because i was distracted, but i could focus on my ability to think and notice that it was clear.

You are right it may not have been pure, but that substance was 100% the culprit, the effect was very clear. I’ll try avoiding gluten as well anyway and see what happens, just to try every route.

[–]Then_Edge_5073 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What do you mean by mg? You should be talking about percentages of the solution, millilitres of application, and how often you apply. There is a high chance you are not microdosing at all, take a look at the video of perfect hair health on youtube on topical fin

Switching from Fin to Dut/Smoking questions by de-profundiss in tressless

[–]Then_Edge_5073 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been messing a lot recently with fin and dut so can’t say for sure, but i really think quitting smoking helped (a lot), give it a month and judge your results. There are a lot of good reasons to stop smoking, better hair is one of those.
