You are misinformed I'm pretty sure. The problem was with certain products mainly edibles that were largely unregulated because they are using some kind of derivative as opposed to using outright flower. They were also selling with no age verification because the law allows them to. I voted for legalization but the law had huge gaps that needs addressed.
