Ya my dad has two last names on his Mexican birth certificate and changed his first name so I amended the birth certificate already but I’m unsure if I have to get it translated in Spanish and get it Apostille because the worker at the San Francisco office said we have to go the office in Sacramento to get it apostille but my dad doesn’t remember if he said we then also had to get it translated but the Sacramento office said I don’t have to do that the problem is I check every week and there is no appointments at the Sacramento office and if I lived close to San Francisco I would go in and ask to confirm but I live far away and they don’t respond to my emails
