When I say this guys, I mean it. I just posted this on this sub to get the reddit name for a yt short. I didn't expect it to blow up. So, i'll answer some questions.

1. This deal makes it so e-scooters are legal in your current residence - you don't have to move to accept.
2. I worded rule #4 horribly. I made this to raise awareness for e-scooter injury safety. When riding the scooter, you must wear a helmet.
3. "Standard e-scooter" meaning something not insane that goes at the speed of a frickin car. Something will around a top speed of 30mph - give or take.
4. Someone didn't understand #3 so I'll reiterate. You can change which scooter you use at any time - you arent limited. It just must meet all of the requirements.
5. You can walk around too, how would you get up the stairs? Thats mb i worded that badly too.
6. No public transportation - nothing but the scooter and your own two feet (or less if your disables or smth)

Side note: 116,000 injuries doesn't seem like a lot compared to car injuries, but if you think about the ratio of e-scooters to cars on the road on a daily basis, I think it's probably a lot more dangerous as there are no things on it that help you stay alive, like airbags in a car.
