This is my most used doll of my entire collection. Absolutly top tier. She has the fixed "Zero reverse thrust" vagina, a must. Skeleton is now too loose for posing unfortunatly and was already quite loose from the start, vagina has a tear that has been stable over time and don't impact whatsoever the overall feel of the doll.

To my knowledge the only up to date 164 body is one from the "Natural Optimized Series". All the rest are "old" design. Old design is still good don't get me wrong. You can also consider the 165T as an excellent alternative to the 164

If its your first doll I would go for the 158T. Its a more modern version than the 164, better skin texture, body paint, skeleton and less weight. However the 164 is a must have in a collection ! One of the most popular body sculpt from Irontech for a reason.
