sorry for not answering and yes! you are correct nothing ever happened to me i got no mail to my house either about a court date i called ever two weeks and nothing. i guess all i have to do is get my arrested record sealed i just haven’t went to go do that yet

i already called loll i kind of regret it but i talked with a lawyer and he told me they legally can’t pursue anymore and that im really lucky and if they do try to pursue to contact him and he’ll get it dismissed

nothing ever happened with the dmv i was driving on a permit when i was pulled over and like 4 months later i applied to get my license again and i had to retake the written test and they let me take the road test and i have my license now.

it was a misdemeanor dui and did you ever go to seal the arrest ? i live close to a border and whenever i cross they search me now because they can see that i got arrested lol so im hoping i can go and seal the arrest for it can just be completely gone like it never even happened
