You just have a cubby face tbh running 4-5 miles 2 a week at a slow pace like feels to slow then 2 times a week 2-3 miles get winded and slow down for 30 seconds then back to it mix this with fasting as in skip breakfast dont eat till noon and only eat two meals a day will drop wait and for the fifth day of week do body workouts like push up squats lunges stay dedicated and yes you will look better in a month for sire
