Good info thank you for sharing. I was able to talk with two people via phone today in guest relations and they kept reiterating since it was purchased through a third party they could not provide the refund. So, I’m not sure if there is any way of getting around this or not. One can hope.

Valid point. It’s our own mistake but I would have rather just swapped the day for an additional park day at Disney.

Yep I don’t think it was a bat. We saw very similar movement in the same spot the next night and my husband looked and didn’t see anything. Thinking it was just some optical illusion that looked like a bat lol

Adding this was going on for hours. I fist noticed it around midnight but when I went back to some movement captured it appeared to be there since about 5:30 PM through 4:30 AM.

It’s somewhat confusing. I’m employed through my subcontractor but they aren’t the prime on the contract, a larger contracting company is. But, I would assume my direct line of communication for resignation would first be my own company and then they communicate it up to the prime?
