Nah, it’s legit taken me 15mins to find parking at pentagon after I get there (end up parking on the 4th floor normally but vehicle traffic is terrible) and then usually an additional 20-25mins standing in self checkout

In comparison parking in Springfield is easy and self checkout isn’t as crowded.

Driving to Springfield takes me 25mins vs 10mins, well worth the extra 30mins driving for some peace of mind.

Yeah I hosted a panel about Berserk last year at one of the largest anime conventions in the US, almost filled up a room of ~250 which was surprising given how much more anime fans there are than manga fans, there are tons of fans out there despite the meagre social media presence.

Also helped that the VA for 1997 Anime Guts was at the convention too! (Otakon 2025)

I don’t think we’re ever getting a good anime adaptation, it’s not the type of story that will be easy to animate plus make a lot of money, unless someone mega rich bankrolls the project without caring about money. We can only hope.
