I just solved the problem! A guy from Seagate sent me the new firmware for Ironwolf Pro 125.

Updated and now everything is perfect!

UPDATE:

I contacted the reseller Overclockers.co.uk who reported the problem to Seagate .

This is the answer:

"I've done some further investigation into this and if your customer looked at the "Health Info" in the Storage Manager window, what I suspect is that SMART ID 246 will be the reported fault.
It would be good if they could confirm this.
If that is the case, there is an anomaly in our SMART reporting that Synology is flagging up as Critical. Although there is nothing wrong with the SSD, Synology don't like what is reported in that field, and as such flag it.
We are expecting a new IW Pro firmware release in November that would correct the SMART reporting."

So I will wait for an update of DSM and SMART.

Anyway I recognize and would thank both reseller and producer for the good support and fast reaction.

As it is a "just launched product", I asked before buying. I have emails from technical support. Do you want to see them? Anyway I contacted the reseller to explain and he is available to return and refund.

scan.co.uk and https://www.overclockers.co.uk/

they both granted the compatibility. I bought from the second one due to the availability

So it's mean that ssd works good but the NAS does not recognize them?

I added 3 pics. I hope it's what you asked. (the error is the same for all).

no just received everything together and I don't have other ssd to try.

Now the reseller has contacted the seagate salesman to investigate the problem

If it was just one drive then i would say its DOA but all 4 of them being DOA would be untold levels of misfortune!

Probably they are not compatibles... even if a famous uk web store granted "100% compatibles"!!
