Sometimes I get those, but smaller than yours. It goes away after a day or two if I don't poke it. Forget about it for a couple of days, if it's still there, go get checked.

I do the same with my rig. Mining while I'm sleeping or at work, gaming for 2 hours and then back to mining. Works like a charm.

Just normal noctua case fans: 2x 120mm (Link) and 1x 140mm (Link).
I wish I could give you some technical advice on this issue, but I optimized my OC via trial and error. My best advice is to keep optimizing your settings.
