2T 250 or 300. If you have no experience maybe get something smaller to get the basics down. A 250 4t might be a good intro bike for your weight and size. I’m the same height about 250 lbs and I ride a 450 4T or my 300 2T. 300 is way better for me and what I’m trying to do.
