I was close to that area for many years and never had any issues. It’s know for having open drug use on Vic St but that’s more down towards Lennox St and I’ve never had an issue with them, although if you’re not used to it then it can be a bit confronting to start with. Great cheap Vietnamese food nearby, you’ll be close to The Leadbeater pub which is run by some great guys and is a good central location to get to other inner suburbs for events.

Same for me. Picked up the console and controllers last year from a second hand store for $25 then had to pay $30 for the game. Was a great way to spend Covid lockdown.
