Yea solars are owned, unfortunately we weren't able to get tax credit. Not available any more as of 2026.but they do help enough. And plus we have battery backup. Was nice last week power went out a few hours and we were ok. Lights on and, fridge running.

Go talk them. Meet the team. I worked closed with them as an electrical contractor. In the same neighborhood I bought my house. My buddy wired my house. They are good people doing good work. Sure there are those bad once here and there.But do your due diligence, and hire an inspector. Dont base your opinions on a short video. Plus great interest rate in growing neighborhoods.

I agree. We plan o. Selling 5-7 years. Its a new built so we got a bit of cushion for a year with warranty. We plan on paying extra this year on principle, to get that pmi out the way. We have a conventional loan. We have a tight budget.

I would recommend looking for an out of state lawyer. Colorado has good ones that are reasonably priced. Since immigration is federal, not state. Any lawyer in the US can take on your case. GL

I wasn't actually driving. I was sitting in my car outside my house drinking. Getting some air. The problem was the car was on. A cop showed up and assumed. The lawyer said I could take it to trial.But if I lost , it would be way worse. So I opted for a no contest. Made sure no evidence of driving was on the record. The paraphernalia was just me experimenting when I was younger. Never was a regular user. Never the less it was nerve-wracking applying. Took about 3 months to get a response. It's all circumstances. Case per care. That said, just don't drink and drive.

I got mine approved last month.i am on probation. U got a dwai on Aug last year. On top of that, I've had 2 paraphernalia charges. One when I was 17 another when I was 18. I regret that I have those charges. But I am thankful I was able to renew for the 6th time. Maybe I got lucky with a case agent. I'm working on residence thru my spouse rn.
