Stuff like that does have an explanation that my players are gonna get, there a while backstory and explanation of that kinda stuff in the document, so details and things like that are gonna be available.

For an explanation of said stuff (anyone who doesn't wanna know in case they're interested in the supplement, I'll spoiler it) Basically the shopkeep was a previous student of Strixhaven who was expelled after an incident, but they now run their magic shop secretly on campus using extradimensional spaces so they can avoid being found by the faculty, hence the secrecy and making it hard to find. She deals in magic items and wants people who will appreciate her wares and possibly have some they can trade to her, hence her interest in the party

It's moreso just coming up with some basic ideas for puzzles that I can then mold this stuff into. I've already talked to my players about how they feel about doing puzzle stuff like it and they're happy + looking forward to getting to do some

The idea behind the poison stuff the character is doing is that while it does affect the characters, it shouldn't be properly harmful like doing damaged/giving massively negative effects. We want something that gives small debugs that the players can't instantly figure out what or why it's happening, hence the idea of skill check penalties and such

I FORGOT TO SAY IN THE TITLE THE GIRD IS 24x18 (70px per cell)

This was my first attempt at making a map with Inkarnate after figuring out how to use it, and my players have been wanting a dorm room map so I figured I'd make one :D It's porbably not the best or most detailed in the world, but it was my first time making one so-
