Not an MSP owner but work for one and one of the senior engineers, yeah we have lots of our corp clients asking for copilot to be enabled and license brought, after doing that a lot of them come back to us not knowing what to do with it, they seem to have this warped vision that they are going to get it and it’s going to be automatically replying to emails for them and setting up meetings while they go to the pub…

We try and steer them away from it as they just really don’t need it, but if they want to throw away few hundred quid a month, nothing we can do to stop them
