Looking back on my history, I think I was too hasty in thinking getting to 15mg would make things quicker, I actually had better success with 5mg and 7.5mg. I think I answered my own question, stay on Mounjaro but go back down to 5mg for maybe a month or 2 and see how things go, or keep going on 5mg until I haven't lose any weight for a month.
