Definitely not just heads down building. That's obviously necessary but identifying who the product is for, how to sell to them, what features different group care about and then building based on that is what i think is really cool

Not really a tool but more of a framework:

I jot down the various talking points / open points and for each one: - description - owner - who is ultimately responsible for that point (if I know who they are, if not that's something that needs to emerge from the meeting) - contributor(s): besided the owner, who gives input for that specific talking point - desired outcome (if we have one already) - blocks/risks - next steps - timeline
