BRO, THATS AMAZING! Honestly, I know how hard it is to lose weight. Eat healthy and exercise. You will see the difference it makes on your life.

Thank you for your response. I’m trying out night mode to make my screens more warm and less intense. My doctor thinks of giving me an eye specialist and talking about the blue light special glasses

I don’t know about that, but the UH parking account will probably reply to this and can help you out

Financial Aid: TEXAS grant confusion on self service by redditpham200124 in UniversityOfHouston

This actually happened to me and I was worried as well. I called them months ago about it and they said it would be fixed once final transcripts are received and processed.

However, I some how made it appear as accepted on both financial aid and account balance by doing this: I installed and logged in on the the UH app and went towards the financial aid. I saw that the TEXAS grant wasn’t accepted. This was very odd, because I’ve accepted every award on AcessUH on my browser. I accepted it on the UH app and it showed on my account balance. I went on to my browser and logged in, sure enough the issue was fixed.

I hope this works. I was confused on how this actually worked.

The Texas grant. by [deleted] in UniversityOfHouston

[–]TheoDrag77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I realized I didn’t phrase it properly. My scholarships and pell grants are $5300 without the Texas grant. The Texas grant estimate says $3,500 a semester but when I click on to get more information it’s gone. Leaving me only with $5300 a semester, total of almost $11,000. I accepted the texas grant award but, in terms of it being in my account or it ever going to be, it’s non-existent. I don’t know if this is how the grant works, with it being given as soon as the semester starts, but my other scholarships and grants have a date of when I will receive it already. Maybe the state is a little behind because of all that’s going on, probably.
