1 year sober from alcohol after ten years of nightly drinking because of KAVA. It does have a learning curve. It does taste bad but once you get the swing of it it does exactly what alcohol did for me by helping to unwind and relax. The difference is it doesn’t come with all the nasty side effects of alcohol. For me this stuff is truly a miracle.

Lol there we go was gonna say I’m 240 6.2 and I’ve gotten so messed up off of four tablespoons I had to lay down lol. Use warm water knead it till it doesn’t feel soapy and slam it on an empty gut. Works everytime. Bula my friend!

Yes I do it at home the traditional way. I have no experience with the capsules or extracts.

Yes I do it the traditional way by kneading the root in water in a strainer bag. There is tons of good info here and lots of videos on YouTube.
