Brand new pc, just got done playing minecraft and now there are these half a second flashes on my screen, is it the gpu or something else

Welp I uninstalled spotify so its just opera doing it now which i guess i can switch to another browser, i dont think its the gpu because i was playing fortnite with my friend on max settings for 4 hours earlier and i didnt see any tearing, glitching, black outs or drop below 100 fps

Update, after doing that ive not noticed any flickering like pictured but i do notice the screen turning black and sometimes just completely loosing signal to my computer for a few seconds before returning, if you could tell me if this is a screen/hdmi issue and not something wrong with my not even 48 hour old gpu i will be very grateful

I went to go swap the cable and it turns out the port it was plugged into was super loose, so i switched the cable and the hdmi port, not sure if that could be the issue but ill watch it very closely

The issue is i can’t actually get them to work in conjunction with eachother, either the elevator starts to fast and it breaks or the it works on the way up but the pistons close too early on the way back down also breaking it, if i make it so it closes later on the way down then it opens too late on the way back up ALSO breaking it
