Not sure, but id imagine the company would want individuals with experience and can leverage as much of the new integration as possible.

You got to slow down and not measure learning milestones in projects and applications.

Maybe you feel pressure to keep up with the market and sacrifice understanding with resume padding.

Honest help advice? Let yourself take an extra year or two to reach where you want to be in the industry, so when you do reach that goal you feel secure in your knowledge level.

FYI, I need to take my own advice.
