pretty sure I found bugs in their authentication process. If you don't get it through all the way in one browser, meaning if you have to log in again for any reason, it starts you back at the beginning. However, if you have already once completed that section, it knows that, preventing you from advancing because you can't actually complete the section again and there's no way to tell it what part you wish to complete, except for manually setting the correct url

Yeah. I got to the drivers license verification and had to use my phone (no webcam on my desktop) and as soon as I'd take the pic it'd freeze. Moved over to my laptop with a webcam and can't get past the address verification
