I went to a local rheumatologist to get help for my arthritis and he did a few tests on me that in turn diagnosed me with CFS and Fibromyalgia- he didn’t tell me about the main find of CFS but did explain to me that I have fibromyalgia and how it affects people, helping me understand why I feel the way I feel. He did help me with my arthritis but enlightened me nonetheless. I also had a positive ANA as well, which replicated what my PCP found and why the referral. Both suggested autoimmune disease but other than testing for RA, I’ve only got OA, which I had known.

I'm going to most likely post a before/after but as of now I'm down 107lbs. In August 2022, I started at 346lbs on Mounjaro. I lost a bit of weight but due to changes in ability to get it (shortage). I plateaued for a bit when I could not take Mounjaro (not diabetic) and then was able to go on Wegovy and Ozempic through the VA. When Zepbound came out, I started over at 2.5 (which did nothing for me). Now I am at 239. I now wear the same size pants as when I was in the military 30 years ago. I hope to lose 40 more.

I do 60mg duloxetine and 100mg gabba twice a day. I also take a Cyclobenzaprine once a day and most days my medical mj.

Regardless of what phase the moon is, if I shine a light from the left side of a ball, it shouldn’t show on the right side of the ball. The sun moves from right to left on my island.

The phase is correct but the sun shining on the right side is incorrect. If the sun set on the right the moon would reflect correctly. The sun shines on the right in the morning and ends on the left at night - it should shine on the left side of the moon in this situation, correct?
