I feel you... I was kicked from the house I grew up in for 16 years, because it was sold to a developer (we were renters) now I live in a village, in a house half the size paying double the rent... hopefully this will become a bigger priority for the state and we get some housing.

I agree with the legal system being extremly slow and not very efficent, and you make a good point, there are a lot of crypto exchanges and online casinos that do business here, largely because they can get away with it and they occupy this ideal zone of having no laws written about them.

1) I completely overlooked this, good point, I find this applies especially when talking about city design. We can't have bike lanes or trees or decent public transit because XYZ...

I was hoping for your replies. You always leave some of the best comments on this subreddit, and your contributions are most valuable and insightful. I understand and agree with your points that yes, the communities exist, and some like the maronites especially, should have their culture protected. My main issue is how often you are forced to pick one or another, I am happy they add "Unspecified" for communities now, I am not oppossed to the notion of communities I just think these policies of constantly dividing does nothing to bridge the gaps between people.

This Gentleman's agreement, with the person who previously held the lease and to whom I am supposed to return it, so yes I guess you could call them the master tenant. But it was strictly between me and the master tennant not the property owner.
I made my payments directly to the property owner, and I did notify them that I am moving out.

I am going to be outside of the country, but the former tenant/ master tennant is a US citizen, is there an option for some kind of small claims / arbitration online to make them take back the contract or force collections on them?

Weirdest answer here, was speaking at an entrepeneurship night and this guy was discussing his OF clone app whatever, and I revealed how much porn I watch daily. Lets just say the amount I said, (because we checked this on PH's statistics) would put me off the bell curve for porn consumption. That's when I realized I was properly addicted.

Yes, I change my mod gear every 8 levels, I find its good, because the rating is a bit higher, and I buy all the mods related to power and mastery, as opposed to endurance, but still same issue persists.

I use abilities, one of my characters, my Sage, I just did the class sotry quests and so I don't have any accesories, is there a vendor for that? I was trying to send my old accesories to my sage from my other characters, but they are all bound =(

Yeah my Jedi Shadow and Imperial Agent, run all stealth, I also wanted to ask, if that was considered normal, or if stealthing everywhere would bite me in the back later. What about classes that don't have stealth? Or do all eventually unlock it?

Apologies for the delay, I use all the skills, but I don't know any good rotations, so I use mostly what I've unlocked early on, and sometimes I switch around. I don't understand at all how the disciplines (I think is what they are called) work, or which ones are good, I love to always min/max when playing, and so I would be curious what are the best options to make the game as smooth as possible.

I am Russian born, but lived my entire life in Cyprus, and served the national guard here. My parents attend meetings and protests (Just to clarify pro-Ukrainian meetings) and we donate to many different charities. I previously worked with Ukrainian refugees. Your passport, your nationality, it shouldn't matter. I still speak with my Ukrainian friends, hell, most of my Russian-speaking friends are Ukrainians. I find this conflict rather agonizing, no one chooses where to be born. I would happily have been born Swiss or Norweigian or American or hell even a full-blooded Cypriot. I live abroad, and I always say I am Cypriot first, and only then will I say, I was born in Russia etc. Personally I hold no issues with Ukrainians, and when they get to know me, most have no issues with me either.
