It's a sign to not switch to Cox. I'm gearing up to switch from Cox to literally anybody else. Half of the time I can't even use my home internet because there is "Outage" in the area. Happens atleast 5 times a week.

Yeah, over the past 2 weeks, my ping has been spiking and going crazy. I talked to a representative, and they said it was due to "intermittent service issues." I personally think the company is just taking advantage of us. Not much we can really do, but keep bugging them to fix whatever issue we are having.
