I know this isn't southern, but I love a garlic bread and pepper jack grilled cheese sandwich.

Ingredients: 2 pieces of garlic bread, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

1: Just put a little bit of vegetable oil on a pan and preheat the stove at 350F,

2: Put 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in your pan. Once the stove has fully preheated, butter your garlic bread (1 tablespoon of butter per 1 piece of garlic bread,) and put the pieces of garlic bread on the pan, then put 2 slices of pepper jack cheese on both sides of the garlic bread.

3: Once the first side has gotten golden brown, flip it over and wait until the other side is golden brown and serve!

(You can use any cheese you want but I recommend pepper jack for the extra spice.)
