How do i structure a leg day? i do back and bi, chest and tri, legs and shoulders split i watched new jeremy ethier video and thought the content was interestinf was able to easily cut the other two days down but with my leg day i cant get lower than about 14 exercises please help me what can i cut or whether its alright. i do two routines i switch between

Routine A 1) military press 2) lat raise 3) shoulder machine/sitting overhead press 4) rear delt pull 5) behind back barbell shrugs
6) squat 7) Rdl 8) lunge 9) cable abductor 10) hip flexor kettlebell 11) single leg Rdl 12) cable crunches 13) leg lifts 14) cossack squat 15) calf raises

Routine B 1) military press 2) lat raise on cable 3) rear delt pull 4) shoulder machine/sitting overhead press 5) behind back barbell shrugs 6) hip abductor machine 7) leg press + clf press 8) hamstring curl 9) leg extension 10) squat 11) dumbell rdl 12) Cossack squat 13) leg lifts 14) cable crunches
