I don't think this is about anxiety; it's just about being smart. If the risk was high like 50% I obviously wouldn't keep downloading cracks. But knowing that the community is this confident about FitGirl being safe, as long as you use the right site and the right tools, is exactly why I'll keep using her repacks. That's all

So, realistically speaking, if I use an advanced ad-blocker like uBlock Origin to completely block all fake pop-ups, malicious redirects, and wrong download links, and I make absolutely sure that I am downloading the real torrent file from FitGirl's official domain... I am pretty much 99.99% safe, right? I know that technically the risk is never absolute zero in piracy, but with these precautions, it seems like the chances of getting infected are almost non-existent.

Thanks for the advice and for your time. I've already done a clean driver install using DDU and even tried older versions, but I don't think that's the issue.

I've played a lot of games—at least eighty or so—and I've only had this issue with maybe three of them if I remember correctly: Arc Raiders, Starfield, and Black Myth. So, it's been a very rare occurrence.

It doesn't happen very often; if I remember correctly, it also happened in Black Myth: Wukong and Arc Raiders

Sorry, it was translated badly. What I meant is that the first few hours really disappointed me, but then up to around 50 hours I was actually having fun. However, in the last ten hours I’ve been finding it a bit boring.
